Hey, I'm Dana!

Music enthusiast and photo-fanatic! Snapping compelling portraits of musicians in small pubs to sold out arenas, capturing the life of rock 'n roll is second nature to me.

Photographing out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, I specialize in portraits of live concert performances, and promotional images for local and internationally touring musicians of all kinds. I’ve traveled all around Western Canada to photograph various bands, artists and events. My work has appeared in publications such as the Edmonton Journal, Revolver Magazine, Guitar World and more.

In 2022, I became internationally published by having a photo that I took of Brian Johnson of AC/DC printed in his memoir, “The Lives of Brian”, as well as on Good Morning America for the book campaign.

I was voted as 2015's concert and press photographer of the year in YEG Music Magazine, and had the honour of photographing the the CFL’s 106th Grey Cup half-time show in Edmonton at Commonwealth Stadium in 2018, as well as the CFL’s 107th Grey Cup half-time show in Calgary, Alberta at McMahon Stadium in 2019.

As of today, I’m currently a contributing photographer to Exclaim! Magazine, V13.net, house photographer at The Starlite Room, and the staff photographer for local promotional company Concertworks.
